Terms and Conditions
Last updated: June 15, 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Stafflancer Plugins, our website, products, downloads, Pro upgrades, license services, customer dashboard, support services, and related content.
By visiting our website, creating an account, downloading a plugin, purchasing a Pro product, activating a license, requesting support, or using any Stafflancer plugin, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our website, products, downloads, license services, or support services.
1. Who we are

2. Definitions
In these Terms:
- “Stafflancer,” “we,” “us,” or “our” means Stafflancer LLC.
- “Website” means plugin.stafflancer.com and related Stafflancer plugin pages.
- “Plugins” means Stafflancer WordPress plugins, including free and Pro versions.
- “Free plugin” means a plugin version available for download without purchasing a Pro license.
- “Pro plugin” means a paid version, add-on, or upgrade that requires a valid license or activation code.
- “License” means the access right connected to a paid product, activation code, site limit, support eligibility, downloads, and updates.
- “Customer dashboard” means the account area where customers may access orders, downloads, licenses, and support options.
- “You” or “customer” means the person, company, agency, or organization using our website, plugins, downloads, or services.
3. Eligibility
You may use our website and products only if you can enter into a legally binding agreement.
If you use Stafflancer Plugins on behalf of a company, agency, client, or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.
You are responsible for making sure your use of our plugins complies with applicable laws, your website requirements, your client agreements, and any third-party service terms that apply to your setup.
4. WordPress, WooCommerce, and third-party platforms
Stafflancer Plugins are designed for WordPress websites and may integrate with WordPress, WooCommerce, email providers, CRM tools, analytics tools, form tools, SMTP providers, OAuth providers, payment processors, or other third-party services.
We do not control WordPress, WooCommerce, hosting providers, browsers, payment processors, email providers, CRM platforms, or other third-party services.
You are responsible for:
- maintaining your WordPress website
- keeping WordPress, themes, plugins, PHP, and hosting updated
- using compatible versions
- configuring third-party accounts correctly
- complying with third-party service terms
- backing up your website before installing, updating, or removing plugins
5. Free plugins
We may provide free plugin versions. Free plugins may include limited features compared to Pro versions.
Free plugins are provided without a paid license and may not include the same level of support, updates, integrations, automation, limits, or advanced features as Pro products.
We may modify, rename, limit, discontinue, or replace free plugins at any time, subject to applicable law and platform rules.
6. Pro products and licenses
Pro products require a valid purchase, license, activation code, or account entitlement.
A Pro license may allow activation on one or more websites depending on the plan purchased.
Your license may include:
- Pro plugin downloads
- plugin updates
- activation on permitted websites
- access to Pro features
- customer dashboard access
- support eligibility
- license renewal options
A license does not transfer ownership of Stafflancer, our brand, trademarks, hosted systems, customer dashboard, private download systems, documentation, non-code design assets, or license infrastructure.
7. License site limits
Some Pro products may include site limits, such as 1-site, 3-site, 5-site, or other multi-site plans.
You may not exceed the site limit included with your license.
If your license reaches its activation limit, you may need to deactivate a site, upgrade your plan, purchase an additional license, or contact support.
We may use license checks to manage:
- active sites
- activation limits
- license status
- renewal status
- grace period status
- update access
- Pro feature access
- support eligibility
8. License activation and verification
Pro plugins may connect to Stafflancer license servers to verify license status, activation limits, product access, update permissions, and support eligibility.
By activating a Pro plugin, you authorize the plugin to send license-related information needed to operate the license system, including:
- license key or activation code
- product identifier
- plugin version
- website URL
- activation status
- WordPress version
- PHP version
- request logs needed for security and troubleshooting
If a license cannot be verified, Pro features, updates, downloads, support, or activations may be limited or unavailable.
9. License renewal, expiry, and grace periods
Pro licenses may be billed yearly or according to the plan shown at checkout.
If a license expires, is cancelled, is refunded, fails renewal, or becomes invalid, you may lose access to:
- Pro updates
- Pro downloads
- Pro support
- new activations
- some or all Pro features
- customer dashboard Pro benefits
We may offer a grace period after expiry or failed renewal, but any grace period is optional and may be changed or removed unless otherwise required by law or clearly promised in your purchase terms.
After the grace period ends, Pro access may be locked or downgraded to the free/core version where technically supported.
10. Accounts and security
You may need an account to purchase products, access downloads, manage licenses, or request support.
You are responsible for:
- keeping your login details secure
- using accurate account information
- maintaining access to your email address
- preventing unauthorized account access
- notifying us if you suspect account misuse
We may suspend or restrict accounts if we believe there is fraud, abuse, license misuse, unauthorized access, security risk, chargeback abuse, or violation of these Terms.
11. Orders, pricing, and payment
Prices are shown on our website or checkout page at the time of purchase.
Prices may vary by product, license tier, discount, promotion, sale period, currency, tax rules, or renewal terms.
We may change prices at any time. Price changes do not normally affect completed orders unless renewal pricing, promotional terms, or subscription terms state otherwise.
You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information.
If payment fails, is reversed, disputed, refunded, or charged back, we may suspend access to downloads, updates, licenses, activations, support, and Pro features connected to that order.
12. Taxes
Prices may exclude taxes unless otherwise stated.
You are responsible for any taxes, duties, VAT, sales tax, or similar charges that apply to your purchase, unless collected directly at checkout.
13. Downloads and delivery
Most Stafflancer plugin products are delivered digitally through the customer dashboard, download links, WooCommerce download permissions, license access, or account-based delivery.
After a successful order, download access is usually made available automatically or shortly after payment confirmation.
If a download does not appear after purchase, contact us at info@stafflancer.com.
You are responsible for downloading and storing your purchased files while your license and download access are active.
14. Refunds and final-sale digital products
Stafflancer Pro products are digital software products delivered electronically through downloads, license activation, customer accounts, and plugin update access.
Because Pro products are digital software licenses, all purchases are generally final and non-refundable once the order is completed, the product is downloaded, the license is issued, or the product is activated.
Before purchasing a Pro product, you should install and test the free version where available. The free version is provided so you can review the plugin’s core workflow, compatibility, interface, and suitability for your website before buying a Pro upgrade.
We do not normally provide refunds for:
-
change of mind after purchase
-
buying the wrong product
-
not using the product after purchase
-
failure to review the free version before buying Pro
-
incompatibility caused by your theme, hosting, third-party plugins, custom code, server configuration, or third-party services
-
features that were not advertised as included
-
failure to configure the plugin correctly
-
refusal to follow reasonable troubleshooting steps
-
expired licenses, renewals, or subscription periods that were not cancelled in time
-
license misuse, sharing, resale, abuse, or violation of these Terms
At our discretion, we may consider a refund where:
-
a duplicate payment was made by mistake
-
the wrong product was purchased and no download, activation, or use has occurred
-
we verify a serious technical defect in the Pro product and cannot provide a reasonable fix or workaround
-
a refund is required by applicable law
Requesting a refund does not guarantee approval.
If a refund is approved, the related license may be cancelled, Pro access may be disabled, downloads may be removed, support eligibility may end, and you must stop using the Pro product.
Nothing in this refund policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
To request a refund review, contact info@stafflancer.com with your order number, product name, website URL, and a clear explanation of the issue.
15. Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you open a chargeback, payment dispute, or payment reversal without contacting us first, we may suspend the related account, license, downloads, updates, activations, and support while the dispute is reviewed.
Fraudulent or abusive disputes may result in permanent account restriction.
16. Plugin updates
Active Pro licenses may include plugin updates during the license term.
Updates may include:
- bug fixes
- compatibility improvements
- security improvements
- feature improvements
- UI changes
- performance improvements
We do not guarantee that every update will include new features.
You are responsible for testing updates on a staging site where appropriate and keeping backups before updating production websites.
17. Support
Support may be available through our support form, support tickets, documentation, or email.
Support may require:
- an active license
- product name
- website URL
- WordPress/PHP/plugin version details
- screenshots or diagnostic information
- activation code or license status for Pro support
Support does not normally include:
- custom development
- third-party plugin debugging
- theme customization
- server administration
- repairing websites broken by unrelated code
- guaranteed compatibility with every theme, plugin, host, or custom setup
- building full business workflows for customers unless separately agreed
We may prioritize support for customers with active Pro licenses.
18. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- making backups before installing or updating plugins
- testing plugin changes before production use
- configuring plugin settings correctly
- complying with privacy, email, marketing, accessibility, and data laws that apply to your website
- obtaining user consent where required
- using accurate sender, email, CRM, tracking, and form settings
- keeping license keys private
- not sharing customer account access with unauthorized users
- ensuring client sites use licenses within the purchased limits
19. Email, outreach, forms, accessibility, and compliance features
Some Stafflancer plugins may help with forms, outreach, SMTP, accessibility, CRM sync, tracking, diagnostics, or related workflows.
These tools are designed to help you manage your website or business workflow, but they do not guarantee legal compliance.
You are responsible for complying with laws and rules that may apply to your website and communications, including where relevant:
- privacy laws
- consent rules
- anti-spam laws
- email marketing rules
- accessibility requirements
- data retention obligations
- customer communication rules
- industry-specific requirements
You should review your own legal obligations before using automation, outreach, tracking, form collection, CRM sync, or accessibility-related features.
20. Prohibited use
You may not use Stafflancer products, services, licenses, or website to:
- violate laws or regulations
- send spam, phishing, malware, or abusive communications
- infringe intellectual property rights
- interfere with license servers, download systems, or security systems
- bypass activation, licensing, or site limits
- share, sell, lease, publish, or expose license keys
- attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems
- use our brand or trademarks without permission
- misrepresent Stafflancer as the operator of your website
- upload harmful files through support or contact forms
- abuse support channels
- scrape, copy, or misuse private customer dashboard data
We may suspend access if we believe these rules are violated.
21. Intellectual property
Stafflancer owns or controls the Stafflancer name, branding, website design, documentation, graphics, hosted services, license systems, customer dashboard, support systems, product presentation, and other business assets.
WordPress plugin code may include GPL-compatible code where required or applicable. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights that cannot be limited under an applicable open-source license.
Your purchase gives you access to downloads, updates, license activation, and support according to your plan. It does not transfer ownership of Stafflancer trademarks, branding, private systems, documentation, design assets, hosted services, or license infrastructure.
You may not use Stafflancer branding, logos, product names, or marks in a misleading way or in a way that suggests sponsorship, partnership, or endorsement without written permission.
22. Third-party services and links
Our website and plugins may link to or integrate with third-party services.
Third-party services may include:
- WordPress
- WooCommerce
- payment processors
- hosting providers
- email providers
- OAuth providers
- CRM platforms
- analytics tools
- anti-spam or security tools
- documentation or support tools
We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, pricing changes, API changes, data handling, terms, policies, or security practices.
Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.
23. Compatibility
We try to build reliable plugins for modern WordPress environments, but we cannot guarantee compatibility with every:
- theme
- plugin
- host
- server configuration
- browser
- caching system
- firewall
- CDN
- PHP version
- WordPress version
- third-party API
- custom codebase
We may require you to update WordPress, PHP, plugins, themes, or hosting settings before support can continue.
24. Beta, experimental, or early features
Some features may be marked as beta, experimental, preview, early access, or similar.
These features may change, break, be removed, or behave differently from final features.
Use beta or experimental features at your own risk and avoid relying on them for critical workflows unless you have tested them carefully.
25. Availability and changes
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of our website, products, downloads, license system, support system, customer dashboard, or documentation.
We try to avoid unnecessary disruption, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
We may perform maintenance, security updates, migrations, or emergency changes when needed.
26. No guaranteed business results
Stafflancer Plugins may help improve workflows, forms, outreach, email delivery, accessibility management, customer handling, or website operations.
We do not guarantee:
- increased revenue
- more leads
- better email deliverability in every case
- legal compliance
- accessibility compliance
- higher search rankings
- uninterrupted website performance
- compatibility with every business workflow
- success of outreach campaigns
- third-party platform approval or delivery
Your results depend on your website, configuration, content, audience, hosting, third-party services, and business practices.
27. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Stafflancer products, website, downloads, licenses, updates, and support are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, and compatibility with every environment, except where such warranties cannot be excluded by law.
28. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Stafflancer will not be liable for:
- lost profits

We may suspend or terminate your access to our website, customer dashboard, downloads, updates, licenses, support, or Pro features if:
- you violate these Terms
- payment fails or is reversed
- fraud or abuse is suspected
- license keys are shared or misused
- your use creates security, legal, or operational risk
- required by law or platform rules
You may stop using our products at any time.
Termination does not remove obligations that by their nature should continue, including payment obligations, intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions.
31. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Stafflancer LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us at info@stafflancer.com and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled in the courts or dispute forum legally available for the claim, unless a different process is required by applicable consumer law.
32. Consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection laws.
If you are legally entitled to a mandatory refund, cancellation right, warranty, remedy, or other protection, these Terms do not remove that right.
33. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When we update them, we will revise the “Last updated” date above.
If changes are significant, we may provide additional notice where appropriate.
Your continued use of our website, products, downloads, licenses, or support services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
